I have been having problems with Verizon account. They offer me a 'better deal' and my monthly due is supposed to be lower. But on my next bill, nothing changes and when I call them up they tell me that no change has been made to my account. This has happened 3 times and then the last time I took the conf number to the conversation. Now when I call them up, they tell me that such a thing doesnt exist. Verizon is playing tricks with customers like us. Has anyone else had similar problems? I am terribly upset with Verizon now.
