Breach of Contract

I believe that Verizon FIOS is in breach of contract, because they are advertising an Internet speeds of at least 800 Mbps for upload, and download for their FIOS Gigabit Internet Service. I have not recieved anywhere near those speeds!

I purchased a new 2017 MacBook Pro with 16 GB of RAM to comply with Verizon Fios posted standards to obtain their Gigabit Interent speeds. I have not yet achieved a speed test that resulted 650 Mbps!

What exaserbates this issue is that Verizon FIOS has been over charging me for their Gigabit Internet service for over 4 months! When I call them, they only say that they will correct the billing issues, and never do. As a result, I have to waste nearly 1.5 hours on the telephone with them in an attempt for them to lower my bill.
