Cannot connect my Roku to the Internet

I have no idea what to do, other than return the Verizon Actiontec GT704-WGB
I have for several days been with Roku Support and Verizon Support.
Change the DNS, channel, the DMZ had the roku working for half a day.
I reset the router yesterday and Roku worked for half a day. Everything else connected to the router works.
any suggestions before I return the router tomorrow .....
