Connect & Disconnect Urls for Westell Modem 6100 G

I need to have the ability to reset my ip address from time to time.  Looking for the urls(links) that will

connect and disconnect for me.  Tried verizon tech support twice, both times I think I got someone

who we less knowledgeable then need be.

If you have a dynamic IP address for DSL disconnecting and reconnecting will not always give you a new IP address. Most of the time you will reconnect to the same IP address.
