DSL connection problem

For the past week or so, I've been having problems with my Verizon High Speed Internet. It doesn't work, mostly at night. The modem/router isan Actiontec GT784WNV Verizon sent to me 2 years ago. When I tried connecting to it using an ethernet cable, I get the same problem. Factory resetting it does nothing. Turning it off overnight and turning it back on the next day does nothing. When I go to 192.168.1.1 to check the connection, it says that broadband is connected, but ISP is stuck between connecting and disconnected. No settings were changed before the problem started happening. Weather has been almost nothing but pleasant here in my part of Southern California. No storms and anything.
The Home Network Map that is shown at the main page of Actiontec when I visit 192.168.1.1 shows the same thing when my connection works and when it doesn't.

Last time, I was told to post my traceroute so:

traceroute to 71.189.*.* (71.189.*.*), 30 hops max, 60 byte packets

Isn't that what I linked in Broadband Parameters and Gateway status? If it isn't, can you give me an example of what it's supposed to look like so I can link the correct image?

Hm. With an SNR of 8 db you are pretty close to the limit for reliability. What exactly is your problem? Just saying "it doesn't work" doesn't explain much. Does it lose sync? Do the DSL and/or Internet lights go out? Or is it just slow?

Given the low SNR number, I would say probably the only thing to improve it would be to drop down to 3 Mbps. Have you tried testing with the modem plugged directly into the NID box?

you did this in your previous posts of similar problem in dec of 2013...

"Step two: Can you provide the Transceiver Statistics from your modem?

For your modem, as long as you do not have a RJ-45 WAN port router connected to it

Try visiting http://192.168.1.1/ for me and do the following:
a) If you see a Blue and White Westell page, mouse over Troubleshooting, go to DSL, and choose Transceiver Statistics]. Copy and paste the information on that page.
b) If using the Red and Black Firmware: Go to System Monitoring > Advanced Monitors > Transceiver Statistics. Copy and paste the information on that page.

c) Try visiting http://192.168.1.1/transtat.htm which is a direct link to the Stats on older modems.

and in your reply you had

2)

Transceiver Revision: 1.0.9.0
Vendor ID Code:        4
Line Mode:               G.DMT Mode
Data Path:               Interleaved
Transceiver InformationDown Stream PathUp Stream Path
DSL Speed (Kbits/Sec)4480832
Margin (dB)6.59.0
Line Attenuation (dB)45.528.0
Transmit Power (dBm)16.611.0

i hope this helps you get a solution , good luck
