My DSL Internet order will not proses. It’s been 12 days now with no end in sight. I’ve been told it’s an outage with Verizon equipment and they have no idea when it will be repaid. I don’t understand how they have no date for an estimated repair. Has anyone else had this problem. When I speak to Verizon it’s like I’m bothering them and they could care less.
