So i believe I've been suffering from what may be an outage of our high speed dsl internet in Astoria NY g
(part of queens). the internet has been down completely since Sunday night, and the tech support personnel i was able to get on the phone on Monday said that there was an outage in my area, and that it would be fixed by 8pm. I tried calling again last night but after waiting on hold for an hour and a half without getting through to anyone gave up. I can't figure out if there's anywhere online to check the status of any of this. Anyone near me experiencing similar problems? Does anyone have any suggestions? Help!
