Deceptive Chat

I renewed for 2 years in November and just got my first bill charging me for a router that I never paid for before. I was given an increase in speed as a "courtesy" and now learned that that will cost me $12/month for the router to accomodate the new speed. I was told that the router would be free and no charge but because there were no notations in my account (no surprise) they won't honor what I was told. Now my great deal is costing me $20 more each month.

I spent 20 worthless minutes on chat trying to resolve it and was bascially told you signed the agreement, too bad. I am so tired of the deceptive business practices of Verizon!
