Dsl/landline outage

Is there an area outage in Calvert county Maryland? I lost Internet and landline dial tone today. The dsl light on the modem flashes. I contacted customer support and submitted a repair ticket and received notification that my problem should be resolved on the 19th. The repair service informed me that there was a general outage in my area but was unable to elaborate. Just wondering if there is a widespread outage and if I will in fact be without Internet and phone all week. Thanks

Sorry to hear about the problems you have been having with your DSL service. Are you still having troubles with it? Please reply back if so that way we can look more into it.
