Verizon email handling is terrible.

1.  Email addresses marked as Spam continue to come to my In Box.... nobody to help.

2.  When you delete messages, you are lucky if they are deleted without an error response.

3.  Cannot guarantee that outgoing emails actuallly go out... very bad.

I am not happy with Verizon internet service.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having. I have never seen an instance where there is an error deleting messages from the Verizon.com email. Are you using the email website to access your email or are you using a program installed on your copmuter (I.E Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Eudora, etc)
