Extremely rude customer service reps

I made an appointment to get fios at my apartment a month ago. They were supposed to come on 3/17 between 9-1. Noone showed up and I was given a new appointment for 3/24. I called verizon to express my anger and get a guarantee that someone will show up on my new appointment date. The custome service rep started yelling at me and was extremely rude to me. I don't understand how the company is going to last very long with such poor service and behaviors.
