FIOS Coverage in All of Germantown, MD

Is there a 'master plan' or schedule someplace showing when the remaining areas of Germantown, MD, will have the fiber-optic cables laid in for FIOS? Or is this an unknown even to Verizon Engineering mgmt.? In the area north of Father Hurley Boulevard, several neighborhoods have no FIOS availability. DSL just doesn't make the mark.
