FIOS Network outage in MA near Burlington

Anyone else expereicing issues with connectivity?
Router says it is having trouble connecting to coax network, all lights on main distribution box are green...
Problem started around 3:30PM EST and hasn't come back....
Tried resetting router with no success.
TV/PHone both fine....
Working off of a sprint broadband card now.

yes I had issues all night intermittent service (winchester)
they of course said in was my router the network had no faults.
meanwhile today it works well ha ha.
