My house specifically doesn't have availability to FIOS and it's really annoying. This applies to every other ISP besides Optimum as well. I've been trying to switch for a really long time and I see that my neighbors have it. But why doesn't my household have availability?

If your immediate neighbor has Fios, it is likely a Verizon database issue. If there is a Fios splitter box near your house and has not been saturated, a field technician can pull a fiber onto your premise without problems.
Please open a "fast ticket" with Verizon social media support team on Twitter or Facebook. Your inquiries will be answered 24/7/365.

I’ve been going round and round with Verizon over this issue. Neighbor 7 doors down has Fios because they are in a different Borough but use the same zip code as I have. This is the stupidest thing that I have ever seen. Fiber cable has been in front of my home for over 6 years now. Currently use Verizon’s DSL which is a complete waste of money and not dependable at all. Let’s pick it up Verizon.
