I want to let you know that you have failed me in this desperate time of need. This is my last semester, my last class, my very last paper in college ever... and guess what Verizon?! I cannot complete it. Guess why?! Because my Internet is not working. There is no wifi in my home at all. All I have is my heaven sent old Sprint iPhone which I need to switch out for the iphone5s. But like I said this is no Internet for me to connect to iTunes. Anybody in college can tell you how important the Internet is. I cannot wait 2days for a technician to come out. I need this 15 page paper completed by tomorrow so I can email it to someone else to proofread so that I may turn it in, ON TIME and receive a passing grade so I can finally finish college, so that I can can find a higher paying job, so that I can afford a better service for Internet! I do not live next to a 24hour Starbucks or any other Internet cafe that I can just drive to in the middle of the night! I should be able to sit in the comfort and safety of my home and be able to have a connection to the outside world! But no thanks to you, Verizon! I have no landline service and I have no Internet! And more importantly, I have NO paper! I am beyond disappointed! I'm **bleep**! I'm more than stressed! Coming home to no Internet after a long day at work almost gave me a heart-attack, panic-attack and a disturbing the peace charge because I was so irate. You have failed me Verizon. You Fail! And I know you will never be able to repair the damage that you have done and you probably don't care how you have ruined my holidays and placed such additional stress on a loyal customer! You will never be able to make up for the Xanax that I will need to take or for the 1200 mg Motrin that I must take for the migraine that you caused. Thank you, no thank you!
Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
