Fios M1424WR Router - Internet Light Flashing?

From what I've found so far on the internet, apparently no one has ever seen the Internet light flash Green on one of these routers before. If they have, they sure as heck didn't notify anyone online (something I find to be odd. The internet knows all!). What exactly does a flashing green light mean on my Router?

If ALL lights are GREEN either flashing or solid..NO PROBLEMS.

It flashes to indicate traffic.  Stays solid green otherwise.
