Fios availability and advertising

Ok Verizon I used to be a customer in Bucks County, Pa and we liked the service and quality very much.  Now however we live in Lancaster County and although your Fios isn't available anywhere near here you insist on blitzing us with advertising including in my emails.  Either buy the infrastructure or stop the advertising!

I'd like an answer to this also. Why is Verizon allowed to advertise Fios when it's not available most places? They have been advertising this "great" service for a decade it seems and I still don't have it available where I live, in fact, I've never had it available where I live and I have lived in the same city for most of my life. So Verizon, should the advertising stop since not everyone can get the service? It's very frustrating because your DSL is a bit laughable. I've gone through 3 modems, 2 repair techs, and still my service is spotty at best. I'm wondering if Verizon put more investment into their cell phone service and less into their internet service.
