My Fios install screw up new install. Purchashed the preffered deal with internet 150 mpbs and home phone.... ...Installers install my Fios yesterday ....First Internet has gone out a few times...Then i start noticingsome of my Channels arent working or pixlated And my dvr box is freezing on some channels. Smh After spending an hour and 15 mins Calling and on hold. Called around 11am noon ........after dealing with Automated and over the phone tech seems one of wires from a new install have a low signal...had me do all the usally reset boxes router unplug reset same issue.. Now what gets me upset is they Cant get a tech out the same day have to wait till tommrow or Maybe monda.....Doubt Verizon will compensate me for time wasted and have me wait around so they can fix a issue that should been right the first time... Frustrating... 2 day old customer.
