I am curious. I have been paying for Fios for the last year. I received a letter from Verizon today that my building is going to be upgraded next week to offer Fios. What have I been paying for? There is even a number to contact so that I can get the service when it becomes available.
Does the building have another TV/Internet provider?
Its possible building management agreed to dump the other and offer FIOS.
So it would be cheaper (believe it or not) to mass mail all building occupants vs pulling out those that are currently subscribers.
