G1100 and I-211M-L ONT compatibility with Xfinity

Hi all,

I have to switch to xfinity because FIOS isn't available at my new place. I purchased the G1100, and I am hoping to get more use out of it. As far as I can tell, the G1100 is currently connected to the ONT via ethernet. Does anyone know if it will be possible to use either the G1100 or the ONT or both w/ Xfinity?

I'm looking to get Internet only (150 mbps but will settle for the 65 mbps option if needed), in case this matters.

Neither are compatible with Comcast. The ONT is actually supposed to stay at your old place. The coax port on the G1100 uses MOCA. Cable companies use DOCSIS.
