Getting high ping in East servers (Bad Routing)

OK, so i have this problem when sometimes while playing videos games, i get 100+ms pings in East/Central servers (I am East).

These two servers below i get 9 ping too when the routing is not bad so i would like to know how to fix this so it doesn't keep happening.  I know nothing about internet connections and stuff but people i have talked to tell me it is bad routing from FiOS so please, any help?

What speed are you subscribed to?? I am in the East and my pings are 12ms and 9ms. Is it hard wired or wireless. Try both if it is off of your laptop.

I am using a LAN connection on my desktop, and i have the 35/35mpbs subcription.

i don't kkow how much longer i can deal with this. I am supposed to be getting 9ms to NY.
