HOA requests me to call Verizon to bury the Fio line they installed. Who do I call at Verizon?

When my tenants installed Fios, Verizon installed the line above the ground. 

My HOA requests this line to be burried. 

What number shall I go to do this and is there a cost? 

** My tenants have moved out since and the Verizon Fio unit is not in service but the big bulky equipment is still there **

Any advice please?

Call FiOS customer support.

Tell them your HOA needs the line buried or removed and they will do it FOR FREE.  If it is not active, they MIGHT actually remove it.  ONT terminals are expensive.
