Hello,
I was a Verizon DSL customer before, unfortunately I made the mistake of switching to another dsl provider. I want to cancel and move back to Verizon. Now I get the "High Speed Internet isn’t available at your address" error. My sister lives across the street from me and she gets Verizon dsl. What gives?

Sorry to hear about the troubles trying to get your service back. I am not sure if the facilities still exist to add additional customers in your area, but we can look further into this. I have sent you a private message to get more information from you.

Sounds like the change to another DSL provider might have messed up the availability database for your line. Does your other provider resell Verizon DSL or do they actually co-locate their own DSLAM in the Central Office? DSL is available if you're already on a slot and the 3rd party resells service ;D
