Ive had the high speed enhanced for only a few days and after day one the speed went from normal to it won't even load a website.  I have to use my phone on data to even get here.   This is ridiculous, I can't even login to verizon  to try and fix the sub par enhanced internet im paying for. Verizon needs to figure out something on their end to resolve this.

Does the performance happen to change after restarting your modem? Did you order a landline along with your DSL service, and if so, how is the voice quality on the line? Clear or staticy?
