Home network protection

I set up parental controls using Home Network Protection in the My Fios app, but now do not have the ability to modify or remove the settings. The app now just shows HNP is not active on my account with no ability to go further. I have tried to log in on a web browser, but that does not show any devices have parental controls. Uninstall/reinstall of the app also did not help. Does anyone know of a solution to this problem?
