After being promised a credit for my first month once my bill was generated (after a horrific onboarding process), I was disconnected on 2 times by chat agents today who basically told me there was no note on file, so no credit.
Your service is shameful and you just do not care. I want this escalated to the highest possible level and I want the credit I was promised by one of your supervisors (Alex) honored.
My next step is to issue a complaint with the Department of Public Service.
