My router needs to be reset constantly- either turned off or unplugged, virtually every day. How do I request a new router?
May I add, it's so old that it's not listed on the troubleshooting page.

You can call them, go to a fios store, or might even be able to do it under your acccount online under > add change services under my verizon. Just click on equipment.

I do not think that it is your router. I think it is your DSL signal to noise ratio is dropping down to low knocking out the signal. You rebooting the router returns the signal for a short time.
