There will be a small recessed button on the back or bottom.  Using a paper clip or pen tip,  press and hold for 15 seconds.

To be clear, using the recessed button will set the router back to factory defaults.  If you've done any customization of the settings, those will be lost.

A power cycle will reboot the router without resetting it to factory defaults.

You can also reset or reboot the router from the admin GUI.

Click on the Advanced icon.  Then click on Reset or Reboot as desired.

BTW, it's a router, not a modem.
