EMERGENCY WE MOVED FROM ONE HOUSE TO THE OTHER AND THE FINAL PART WAS TODAY AND EVERYTHING FIOS TOLD ME ABOUT KEEPING MY PHONE NUMBERS TURNED OUT NOT TO BE TRUE, THEN THEY REFUSED TO PUT IN A SIMPLE CALL FORWARD SO THAT I WILL NOT LOSE CONTACT WITH MY LOVED ONES AND THE FREELANCE WORK I DO.  I could have done it myself but they talked me out of it saying no you can keep your numbers just get to the new house and call us -- when i did that i got laughed at and she said, you cant' do that we're giong to disconnect your old numbers ... i've been calling and talking and trying to get someone to listen all day ... finally got someone in the FIOS area she said I will work on this and someone will call you in a couple hours - - NO ONE EVER DID AND SO I CALLED IN AND FOUND OUT NOTHING IS ON MY FILE BUT THIS TIME {Keep your posts courteous}  is spending 45 minutes with me doing a who's on first this guy purposely was talking in circles and i called him out on it and he got a kick out of torturing me.  if someone is out there i can't wait to go onlnie in the morning and add information to my public service complaint when you forced me unfairly and with tactics out of my copper lines ...

I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME WITH THIS SIMPLE ISSUE YOU NEED TO JUST PUT THE CALL FORWARDING ON AND QUICKLY PORT THE NUMBERS

I am giong to hold you responsible for this

IS SOMEONE READING THESE POSTS AND CAN SAVE US PLEASE HELP ME

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you.Please go to your profile page for the forum, and look in the middle, right at the top where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.
Under “My Support Cases” you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
