I need an explanation

I started my contract in Verizon HIgh speed internet for only $19.99 dollar a couple of years ago, but now I don't understand my monthly recurring fee is almost $30 dollar now, It increasing with out notice. I will plan to cut my account anytime soon and file a complain.

Do you get the paper bills in the mail still? Were you on a price lock guarantee at all or were you running without a contract?
