We upgraded to enhanced HSI on Monday 8/12/13. Upgraded from up to 1Mbps to 7.1Mbps but speed is still below 1Mbps. Many calls to Tech support end in them saying they will have someone call me back buy no one ever calls me back. I need another way to remedy this situation.
