Verizon has now screwed up a third appointment to install FIOS at my house. I can understand that this morning's 9-11 appointment was pushed back to 3:30-4:30 because of the snowstorm. Now they are claiming they cannot get here. My tertiary street has been plowed since early this morning and I was able to drive by the Verizon facility, so why can't they get here?
Verizon is incompetent and full of **bleep**!

Those people have some nerve scheduling a snowstorm in the middle of your installation. (j/k)
Seriously, though, you might just want to consider how messed up their entire schedule is from the snow.
