Internet and on demand down

Hey, I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. My internet has been down since 3pm (now 9:30). I reset the router for internet and later found out my on demand is timing out so it seems like a data issue at the co. Currently writing this from my phone so excuse the runon.

The on demand goes through the router and the internet connection. Are you still having troubles? If so, please send me a private message.

We are having the Sam issue, reset router twice now. It's been down for over 12 hours now.
