Is this part of your new plan your offering or what's the deal with this?
Every night between 2:30-3:30 the internet goes out briefly, but enough to interrupt what I am doing.
If you guys didn't monopolize the internet I would have already swapped to a more reliable ISP. Crooks. Fix your systems.

There are lots of helpful users here. If you're friendly and give us a few more details about the issue, some of us might be able to help diagnose the problem. When the Internet goes out, do you see any abnormalities on the ONT, such as a red Fail LED or NTWK LED unlit?
