As of today, my FiOS Quantum Internet download speeds have plummetted from 50mpbs to just above 2. The speeds are consistent on Speedtest.net and on Verizon's own speed test. I've reset the router twice, tried a direct Ethernet connection to my computer and the speeds are the same. I've never had trouble with slow connections, and I've done nothing to change my setup so the problem must be on Verizon's end. Please help.
