Losing Internet Connection After Fios Line Repair

I have no problems with internet. then, Unfortunately cable was not marked and i dig plant and damage the cable. Got new one and my problems started. I am loosing connection few times a day. Technit

Needs more details here. When you lose your Internet, what are the LEDs on your router and on your ONT?
