Lots of buffering when watching you tube or netflix

I'm experiencing slow connections to the internet but i can deal with that, what has been very annoying is that I'm getting a lot of buffering when watching netflix or youtube, any ideas??

It's most likely related to the slow connectivity you're getting to the Internet. YouTube and Netflix rely on the same methods used to get web pages to an extent.
