My son plays minecraft.  Ever since we switched from comcast to verizon, the game freezes up on him.  Any suggestions?

Can you post a speed test? https://www.verizon.com/speedtest

It sounds like the game is trying to load chunks of the world, or there is poor connection quality, and the game doesn't tolerate that too well.
