My Fios App won’t work with New router

Anyone else having issues since upgrading to the new Fios Router?  I am no longer able to block out devices from my router using the MyFios app. I also can’t see what devices are connected to my router in the app.

Got Fios triple play week or so ago. My Fios app hasn’t worked yet! I also have the new beige G3100 router. Another problem that may be related is that I cannot watch recorded dvr on the Fios tv app. Impossible to get through on phone to them. On line chats pretty useless too.
