poor internet connection , upload and download check out ok
I talked to a Verizon rep for 45 min on Sunday and she was running a "test" and hung up on me , no call back. Called on Tuesday after no return call and spent another 50 min on the phone after asking for a supervisor and non available
They were to call me back. Still no call back and no resolution
Same problem as a year ago.

What is the problem that is causing poor Internet connectivity despite the speeds being fine? Latency? Drops? Only the Wi-Fi is unhappy?
