I just ran the Network Diagnostic Test from the Verizon application. Waste of time, I ran the test three times and each time it came back with a message stating, no analysis results from the server. Also, running the speed test it partially works and provides results but it doesn't complete the test. Verizon needs to clean up their app so it functions and performs properly. This has been an ongoing issue.
Complaining here does zero. Call 1-800-VERIZON
get tech support and have them troubleshoot the issues.

I haven't tried ndt in a while. It at least used to be JAVA based, and you had to authorize the various Verizon servers it tested before the test would successfully run. Many of the browsers no longer support JAVA
What kind of network troubles are you having?
