No one shows up on appointment date

I recently ordered FIOS internet service and they gave me an appointment date but no one showed up. After that they scheduled 3 more appointments for setup and still no one is showing up on the appointmet date. Called customer service several times and no one gave a definite answer why. Is there any number other than the regular 1-800- verizon that i can call and talk ?

That is very discourteous.  I would be upset with that too.
