This is absolutely absurd. Our internet went out on Wednesday evening and there is no way to talk to customer service about how to fix the problem or even if the problem is due to an outage. When I check the mobile technical support site they say that there are no outages in my area.
I have called the 1800Verizon line many times in the past 2 days and have been put on hold for hours at a time. When I schedule a call back I receive 3 minutes of advertisements and then get placed on hold again. This is without a doubt the WORST customer service I have ever witnessed. It’s too bad the product is good because the rest of this clown show is terrible.
