I just had FIOS installed a month ago in my new home and it went out ther other day when there was another tech nextdoor installing new service for another home. I have attempted to reboot the ONT and still no luck. I contacted FIOS and was told there would be a tech sent on site to address the issue.

Its possible the other installer pulled your connection from the pole or box and should have been more careful. The fix should be quick.
