Outage for 36hours in 310 area

Please fix this problem.

It's been out for more than 36 hours.

Everytime I called they said they are working on it. At least give me some estimate!

I am sorry to hear about your long downtime. I am not seeing any FIOS outages in 310 area code. Do you have FIOS or DSL? Were you provided with an outage ticket number?
