I have been trying to get help from Verizon concerning my personal website not updating.
I have been trying for a long time and it just seems that I cannot convince anyone at Verizon that the site it broken. I cannot get anyone to work on this.
There appears to be no way to fill out a trouble ticket. I have been on the phone for so long and I cannot get anyone to work this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

sometimes you get a burb.. if it was me.. i would delete the online stuff and upload a fresh copy.
sometimes the easiest solution works.
