I applied FIOS internet last week but this order is pending status and I was requested to contact the Credit Verification Center. For administrative issue, I need to cancel this order and need to submit the application again.
Please cancel this order in order to resubmit it.

You can always call 1-800-VERIZON and it would work out for you.
There is also a chat function at their web portal.
Lastly you are responding to a 3+ year old post. Which should have been closed out long ago.
