Quality of Service Settings

I have a Westell 7500 Gateway (DSL/Wireless Router) and am trying to fine tune the QoS settings to give one of the Ethernet connections (for example #1) higher priority.

NThe User's Guide does not explain whats ome of the settings accomplsih, as they expect one to know. Anyone technical that can assit?
