I need to speak to a tech who can actually help with my home internet speeds. I've spent days trying to get my internet speed fixed. Multiple techs have been to my home over the past 2 years and have not been able to fix the issue. I've also been on chat for hours which is ridiculous to even say that.
I work in IT and I've been through all the troubleshooting steps many times. I’m spending money for gigabit speeds and it seems to be a huge waste of money. My speed is never above 600 and my download speed is always below 10.
Are there any other numbers to call? It must be an issue with my account or maybe an issue with the connection to my home. I've tried multiple routers, cables, power supply's.
Any help would be appreciated.
