Greeting So!
The ONT box is located in a bad location. Will Verizon relocate or is it my responsibility to hire someone to do this, such as an electrician?

Electrician might be able to do it if there is enough spare fiber cable at the ont - on mine it's stored as a coil on the attachments at the back of the ont, I have about a 40 foot coil there.
When they install the ont they use pre terminated fiber patches for ease of installation so they just coil the extra up behind the box

Verizon will do it, but they may charge for the tech visit.
